We use ABCUS, Chillnet and our vans to deliver all orders to commercial properties. Timing and conditions can be found below.

Your delivery charge will be approximated at checkout. However, New victory will confirm the charge based on area codes supplied to us by your destination postcode. We will inform you by our delivery confirmation.
*Orders over £400.00 are subject to higher charges to account for additional postage and packing costs attributable to orders of this size. Newvictory Online reserves the right to review these delivery charges at any time on a per order basis.
Newvictory aims to provide a tracking number that enables you to track your package.
Despatch of Goods
The orders received before 2 p.m. on a weekday for Parcel force are normally dispatched on the next working day. These subject to the size of the order, our resource and the payment method.
Orders received after 2 p.m. will aim to be dispatched by 5 p.m. on the next two working day.
Our working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and an order received after 2 p.m. on a Friday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday.
2. Delivery with our vans
We have our own vans for delivering large packages around Greater London and England. For order above £400, we could deliver with our vans for free of charge. Time frame of the delivery is shown in the below table.

While we will make every effort to deliver the goods by the date stated we cannot guarantee delivery on any particular day.
If you have not received your delivery, please contact us and quote your Order Reference Number.
3. Defective Goods or Goods Damaged during Transit
If you receive goods that are defective or have been damaged during transit, please e-mail us with details (including a digital photo if possible), as soon as possible and in any event within 15 days. In the event of perishable items, you must notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the damage or defect is caused by you.
